Cross Mountain Ranch is a residential community established in 1980 at the northwest corner of Bexar County. With 2-3 acre lots and a relaxed, semi-rural atmosphere, the neighborhood offers privacy within a friendly setting close to Leon Springs, and a quiet place to live nestled at the foot of the beautiful Texas Hill Country. The historic town of Boerne is just 10 minutes to the north, and downtown San Antonio a quick 20 minute drive to the south.

Corporation that governs the neighborhood

reminder,

website is offered as a value added service of
information.
All
Homeowners
are
Members of Cross Mountain Ranch HOA,
Inc., a Non-Profit Texas Corporation, whose
primary
purpose
is to maintain and administer the Common Areas, to collect
Homeowner
Assessments
and disburse monies for the payment of the Association
operating
expenses
with respect to the residential properties known as
the
Cross Mountain Ranch.
Homeowners and Tenants are subject to and
legally
bound
by the Association's Declarations, Covenants,
Conditions
and
Restrictions.
These

are available for review under the

houses your ACC information and application, how to pay
online,

information, etc.
